Regenerative Business Development Community – Implementing Regeneration




Carol Sanford Institute announces  a new offering. Many of you have told me you have a hard time making the transition from new learnings in TRDBC being applied your organization, at least on some concepts. I want to add back in something that got cut when I moved from onsite, much longer time together, to the new format on all online.


 The ‘implementation fishbowl.”

It is a process that followed naturally, in person, from new ideas offered, when more time is available. That process if one where a developmental resource works directly on applying the ideas in an interactive, sometimes intense, process of engagement. This is done holding the Regenerative Practices in mind and working the framework as it applies to your business. A resource is asking questions, offering candidate ideas and testing until a clear and focused way arises and ‘how to make it work,’ pops out. The business gains access to the extensive experience of the resource from working with hundreds of businesses in a way that ‘brings it all home.”


Until 2017, I worked on site and all companies I have worked with had this process as included and integrated into the education. This was under the conditions where took a day a month for 3-8 years. No one is complete with the shorter form I have used the last two years. It is time to bring the fishbowl back. Immediately. And it is my favorite way to work.


The  Purpose and Approach  

It is about embedding in all aspects of a business into how you implement and execute from within a regenerative paradigm.  One business works with Carol live, in a fishbowl, on embedding TRDBC paradigm into your strategy and leadership practice. It is more like developmental education or developmental consulting but without giving you the generic programmatic steps that consulting offers. It arises from your own business thinking, using the Living Systems framework as a lens, serving as the source of exactly how to proceed. Up until now. we have provided you examples but now we create the application with you directly. You are the case story example.


How it works

This in an ongoing membership community, not a program or training that is time limited for a year. The membership is paid for annually. You join on Zoom and bring your desire for resourcing help to us. Carol works with 1-2 companies each time we meet, in a fishbowl, live, on application. We are repeatedly told that being in the fishbowl is a deep learning experience and in fact often puts the icing on the cake, so to speak. And even when listening to another fishbowl, you learn much by watching how we work with the questions, challenges and specific frameworks, even when you are not speaking. It is a bit destabilizing to have to answer questions in real time but makes it really alive and meaningful.  My favorite way to work!


Subjects are from the strategy and learning series and does not include Management series yet. The Management series needs to run for a couple of years to know the philosophy, design and frameworks.

$5997 for three people (you will do better with three in the fishbowl who are finding answers to the fishbowl questions with a shared ability to take the discover back to the organization and involve others. May add others for addition membership fee.  All sessions are recorded and access for streaming only to active members of the TRDB Community.
