Engagement:

CSI team worked with the financial leadership from across the company. With a focus on learning to lead change in operations from a financial leadership position, the education was on building motivation with a mind to the effects of Agilent in the market. The growth in understanding of change architecture development and leadership of change was critical in educating the functional groups in the organization of their effect on top line growth of the business.

Results:

  • Improved communication frameworks, strategies and practices for how financial effectiveness is achieved by different work systems.
