Engagement:
CSI worked with Weyerhaeuser’s Fluff Pulp and Food containers businesses in setting strategy of to move them out of commodity positions and into unique value platforms. Also worked with the manufacturing team in Fluff Pulp Division in the Southeast United States on improving productivity and motivation structures and systems as well as improved morale and relationships with union.
Results:
- Grew margins by more than 42% per year for over a decade.
- They also set the standard on recyclable offerings in baby, feminine and ascetic packing as part of this work.
