TRBDC Implementation

Each of you have attended a TRBDC (Regenerative Business Development Community) for at least one year. You were interested in taking on big change and understood that it was take 3-8 years, if you moved steadily, in continued development and application of new Innovation infrastructure that is designed to develop people by managing them in a different way.

  • Working worth Corporate Direction and Essence rather than missions and visions
  • Working with Essence Defined Nodes (channels, buyers, uses) rather than demographics and generic marketing assessments.
  • Working with Nested Reflective Teams developing people (Core, Field/market, and Task Teams) rather then reporting hierarchies
  • Building Stakeholder Systems and Development Cultures and Rituals
  • Resource leaders rather then delegating oversight supervisions
  • Hierarchies of Contribution to grow people not hierarchies of power over people
  • Developmental Pay and Progression and Promises (to Nodes) Beyond Abless.

If you have stayed through three years or only one, we are offering a fourth year focused on implementation and evolution of all stages. It is easy to get stuck in a Do Good paradigm and feel good about your efforts. Missions and visions particularly are seductive as a creating participative, involvement cultures which are not deep enough for what is needed today. The barriers, not just restraints are well intended people who get stuck in humanist ideas rather than Living Systems principles and practices.

Implementing Developmental Work Design

    • Learn from the Fishbowls of other companies and their work
    • Use recordings with other members in your org only to build Will and develop Being
    • Get answers to questions, fill in gaps of understanding, customized to your organization and challenges.
    • Required: Attendance at a previous series of TRDBC required, in last 8 years (Strategy, Leadership, Management communities only).

Investment:

$5497 for three from same organization. $1000 for additional attendees. There is no reduction in cost for fewer than three people per business member. Our experience has taught us that participants must have good quality thinking partners who attend the sessions with them and share the experience as part of a team. Each of the twelve businesses engages in deep and rapid application, and with at least three individuals connected to Carol and other resources they have a much better chance of success. Multiple perspectives are required to hear and internalize the very rich, powerful, complex material offered. In breakout sessions during the webinars, teams will sometimes work together and sometimes with members from other businesses’ teams. Please note that payments made to join the Regenerative Business Development Community are  refundable for 3 days after purchase, minus a 3% handling fee.
